Custom Fabrication and Personalized Gifts

Regardless of whether the final product will be a plasma cut metal piece or an item that is either cut or engraved with the laser, the first step is the design process.

We can start with a rough sketch on a piece of paper or a drawing with dimensions and an accompanying digital file to create the perfect design for you. This is the most important step in the process and usually takes the most time, but it is worth it when our customers see the unique item they helped design.

After the design has been approved, we get to work creating the necessary files for our machines to optimize their capabilities based on the type of material, its thickness and the overall size of the piece. There is one more round of review with the customer before putting the material on the machine.

The final stages are the machine processing of the piece (cutting and/or engraving) and then the finishing (grinding, cleaning, painting, staining, etc.).

We communicate with our customers throughout the project so we are on the same page as far as scheduling and deliverables.
